Default PICC and CONTRAST??

I need to know if you can bill for the injection of contrast through a PICC placed the same day at different times. After this a mechanical thrombectomy was performed.

Yes, the code is 36598, contrast injection for radiological evaluation of central venous access device, including fluoroscopy, image documentation and report. aka catheterogram.

You might need to append modifier 59, depending on the payer preference.
