Default Quantity Alerts HCPCS

I am having trouble understand the quantity alert for a HCPCS code, A9541. The report states 1.464 millicuries were injected in 4 divided aliquants.

The example in the HCPCS is "HCPCS code for an ostomy pouch with skin barrier reports each pouch, but the product is generally sold in a pack of 10; "10" must be indicated in the quantity box on the CMS claim form to ensure proper reimbursement."

Does this mean, we need to verify the bundled amount of this product? Any help understanding this would be great. Thanks!
