AAPC conferences offer exhibitors an opportunity to target the cream of the crop within AAPC's 121,000 membership. Both the national and regional conferences bring a variety of decision makers and strong influencers within medical business office community. Our membership is comprised of medical coders, billers, auditors, medical compliance officers, healthcare revenue managers, medical office administrators/office managers and other health care professionals representing a variety of physician offices, clinics, facilities, payers, educators, and consulting firms.

AAPC conferences offer several exhibiting sessions spread over each of the days. The sessions are all tied to attendee's scheduled meals provided exclusively in the exhibit hall, which greatly increases the traffic our exhibitors see to their booths.

Exhibit booth packages are available for companies who are interested in exhibiting at the 2013 AAPC national conference. A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available.

As an exhibitor you will meet practice, clinic and facility decision makers and influencers who have either purchasing power or have strong clout for their respective companies.

Each 10X10 and 10X20 exhibit booth space includes:

  • One full-conference registration which includes name badge with access to all sessions, has CEU-earning capabilities and includes all meals (a $1300 value). Additional full-conference registrations may be purchased for $300 each
  • One exhibitor-only name badge with access to general sessions only and includes all meals. Additional exhibitor-only name badges may be purchased for $150 each
