AAPC conferences offer an opportunity for exhibitors to target the cream of the crop within AAPC's membership of over 84,000. Both our National and Regional conferences tend to attract the influencers in the medical coding community, including health care professionals, representing clinics, facilities, payers, physicians, educators and consulting firms.

Exhibiting Details
AAPC conferences offer several exhibiting sessions spread over each of the days. The sessions are all tied to attendee's scheduled meals provided exclusively in the exhibit hall, which greatly increases the traffic our exhibitors see to their booths.
Quote from a 2009 Las Vegas Exhibitor: "This is my favorite conference. I appreciate the way the lunches/breaks are set up so the attendees "have" to walk by your booth."
Exhibit booth packages are available for companies who are interested in exhibiting at the 2009 AAPC national conference. A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available.
As an exhibitor you will meet practice, clinic and facility decision makers and influencers who have either purchasing power or have strong clout for their respective companies.
Each exhibit booth space includes:
- Two exhibitor name badges
- One complimentary registration to all of the educational sessions
- Additional exhibitors may attend educational sessions for a reduced rate of $300
- One six foot table, two standard chairs, and waste basket
- Admission to all general sessions and the keynote presentation
- Draped backdrop and draped side rails
- A one-line exhibitor sign
- Opportunity to hold a prize drawing at your booth
