Wiki Anoscopy with biopsy and ablation

I have a provider who coded both 46606, anoscopy with biopsy, and 46615, anoscopy with albation, for the same visit. He states that he did the biopsy and then saw that the ablation was needed. Please advise on correct coding for this.
