Hello,

Any suggestions on how to speak to a human at Healthnet for a Veteran's Choice issue with claims. I've waited on hold for up to three hours, never getting through to a human. Healthnet's provider lines, for non veterans insurance, when called result in speaking with a human promptly.

The best way for Healthnet really is to use their web portal. That said, I'd try calling (800)675-6110 then let the rep direct you to a better department or hope that they help with your claim.

Veteran's choice #

I'd call Veteran's Choice directly. They can answer claims questions as well. The hold times aren't better but they will eventually pick up, ha. That's what I do.
