kiddo was seen for a total of 45 mins but sensory feeding was done during that 45 mins then is the correct way to bill this as:
1. 97530 for 3 units + 1 92526 (as it is an untimed code)
or
2. 97530 for 2 units + 1 92526

Thank you in advance for any help at all. :)

You have to carve out the time spent doing the other procedure. 97530 will likely be 2 units, but its hard to tell without knowing exactly how many minutes were spent of the 45.

This is what is not completely clear. So total time spent with kiddo is 45 mins so would it be 45 mins of the timed code with 1 of the "service code"

The clock stops on 97530 when another procedure is performed or if there is a break such as resting, setting up of equipment, restroom etc. If only 30 minutes of the 45 minute visit was spent on the 97530 you can't bill 3 units.
