Can anyone help coding this - Harvard Pilgrim is the carrier?

I am not sure if I can code 29877 and then 2x G0289 then the loose body removal and then the open excision of the ganglion cyst.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES: Right knee osteochondral defects, medial and
lateral femoral condyle, patella, as well as multiple loose bodies, as
well as ganglion cyst.

PROCEDURES PERFORMED: Right knee arthroscopy with the following.
1. Chondroplasty patella.
2. Chondroplasty, medial femoral condyle.
3. Chondroplasty of lateral femoral condyle.
4. Removal of multiple loose bodies greater than 5 mm.
5. Excision of prepatellar ganglion cyst, open procedure

29877 (1x per knee no matter how many compartments) 29874-59 and 27347.
