My doctor ask about coding a charge for when a another physican (not with our practice) calls for his opinion on a study. My doctor looks at the image and reviews the patient chart gives the other docotr his opinion and also document in the chart. Is there a way I can code this?

Medicare requires the patient's consent for the consult, private payers may as well.
