Patient had an extensor mechanism reconstruction with TKA. He has developed a draining sinus and the patellar allograft tendon has detached from its anchor point. I have 27486/52 for the I&D of TKA with Polyethylene Exchange.

What's the best selection for the allograft revision and excision of the sinus tract? Maybe unlisted compared to 27420, and then 15002 with 13160?

...distal evaluation of the patellar tendon insertion revealed fragmentation of the Allograft block. The screws holding the Allograft block were removed and the block was debrided. Patient then had two 5.5 Biocomposite corkscrew anchors placed into the right tibia. Sutures were then passed through the Allograft in a grasping, locking fashion to secure this down. The medial parapatellar arthrotomy was closed using a #1 Vicryl in a figure-of-eight fashion.

Patient then had the anterolateral sinus tract excised in total full thickness and this was closed from the inside out using #1 Vicryl in the lateral retinaculum, 2-0 Vicryl in the subcuticular tissue, and staples in the skin.
