Wiki Telemedicine policy from United Healthcare Oxfod ADMINISTRATIVE 114.26 covering 98960

Has anyone had any experience with UHC Oxford (New Jersey area) and billing 98960 as a telemedicine service and getting reimbursed? Their January 2017 reimbursement policy (Admin 114.26) says Oxford will reimburse for 98960-98962 with a GT modifier. Any help/insight is appreciated.
