So, my doc is doing a wrist hardware removal & soft tissue rearrangement. I know what the CPT is for the hardware removal (20680), but what would be the CPT for the soft tissue rearrangement? The patient has a wrist open wound after a free flap coverage for a crush injury.

I would choose from CPT codes between 14000-14350 for Adjacent Tissue Transfer or Rearrangement.
