You can submit questions to the presenters prior to the audio conference via email to acquestions@aapc.com. Your dial in number, pin information and materials will be available in our members area 48 hours prior to the audio conference.
Audio conferences are for personal or office use only and allow for one telephone connection from a single office location (e.g. a conference room). They may not be rebroadcast, retransmitted, shared or disseminated to multiple offices or through local chapters. This includes, but is not limited to the transmission or re-transmission of this event to additional sites/rooms by any means of a telephone conference bridge.
Site License
Registration includes one Internet connection, one telephone connection at one location, one master set of handouts (with permission to make additional copies for the participants at your location), and an unlimited number of participants from your organization in one listening room.
Audio Conference Refund Policy
Registrants can cancel prior to the conference date, and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds or credit will be given to registrants who do not dial in and/or do not cancel prior to the conference date. Cancellations must be made by email or fax. Email
workshops@aapc.com or fax to 801-236-2258 attention Live Educational Events Department. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
