It's time to Spring to Your Local Chapter!

AAPC's local chapters are perfect in meeting the needs of coders. The monthly meetings are the place to go for great education, no cost or low-cost CEUs, and networking with professional coders who are passionate about what they do. Less-experienced coders find mentors while seasoned coders share their knowledge about trends, upcoming changes in the field and job openings. Together everyone benefits from shared resources while promoting the coding profession.

And did we mention we're having a contest during the month of May with some valuable prizes for the winners?

AAPC members are always welcome to attend any local chapter, and of course, they’re encouraged to bring along their non-AAPC friends. In fact, the chapter with the most guests in May will be our grand prize winner!

So what about these prizes? Last year we gave away thousands of dollars worth of coding-related products including code books, reference guides, and online education to mention just a few. Keep watching for information on this year's prizes which will be just as great!

Every chapter is eligible to compete in the contest; here’s how it works:

For Chapters Holding Meetings:

• The 9 chapters with the highest average attendance* of AAPC members in May will be the winners! (Prizes awarded in upcoming months.)
• The chapter with the most guests (non-AAPC members) will win the grand prize!

For Chapters Holding Seminars:

• New for 2013: Special prize for the chapter with the most guests (non-AAPC members) attending a seminar.
