Removal vagus neurostimulator for a STUDY

I have been asked for the CPT and ICD9 code for removall of vagus neurostimulator.
I have the CPT code, but what ICD-9 code we would use for the removal due to a study?

64570 Removal of cranial nerve (eg. vagus nerve) neurostimulator electrode array and pulse generator

ICD9??????
