Long arm casting supplies-VA MDCD

Hi all
I have a claim denying for Q4006. I called Va Mdcd and spoke with a rep and she said that we have to use another code and she pointed me to their DME list. The problem is I'm having the hardest time finding casting supplies in the orthotics section. Does anyone here have any experience with this and if so could you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The Q codes I have for cast supplies are age specific. This code is for 11+ years. Was it a pediatric patient 10 years or younger??
