how many codes does one need for.

Cesarean delivery,including postpartum care, and total hysterectomy followin attempted vaginal delivery, pt had previous cesarean delivery.

I would think 59618 followed by 59252 would be appropriate.

how about 59622 instead of 59618

As long as there was no antepartum care than 59622 would work. 59525 can be used in conjunction with 59622.
