Default Medicare antepartum

We are having issues getting medicare to pay antepartum care. Patient was see for 7 visits and then transfered care, does anyone know how medicare wants these billed out?

Are you billing out CPT code 59426? If you are then an appeal is what you may need to do and explain that you are not "split" billing from the delivery but rather you are merely billing for services you provided up till the patient transfered care.
