Default Pediatric Follow-up Visits Dx Coding

Hi All - I'm returning to the world of pediatric coding after a nearly 10 year absence. This practice has a MD that's coding things simply as f/u when she sees a little one to verify that treatment worked. For example - ten days ago he was seen for a fe ver - today mom brings him back to be be checked out. She's coding out the CPT correctly - but what should she be using for a dx? thanks - a

sounds like it is simply a follow up V67.x.
