FEM-FEM Vein Bypass

Does anyone know if there is a CPT code for a Rt to Lt Fem-Fem Vein Bypass with GSV? I am only able to locate the Fem-Fem Artery CPT Code.

Without the report I can't be 100% sure but I would look at 35558. That's a bypass graft, with vein, fem-fem.
