Wound Vac
Surgeon does a wound debridement and applies a wound vac.....takes patient back for several wound vac changes but in the OR since it would be too painful for the patient outside the OR......I am thinking these wound vac changes are global to the debridement but just wanted to get a consensus......Thanks!

I think anytime you take the patient to the OR, it is a billable charge. Use the Modifier 58 or modifier 78.
