Question Lungs: Clear or Clear to auscultation?

For auditing purposes, does the physical exam have to say "Lungs: Clear to Auscultaion" or is just "Lungs:Clear" acceptable?

I think it is implied that 'Lungs: Clear' means clear to auscultation.
