How would you code the following angiography? Please help/example/respond. Thanks
1,2 Aorta:There are no major collaterals from the brachiocephalic vessels. There is a common brachiocephalic trunk. There are several AP collaterals from the mid-thoracic aorta supplying both lungs. There is a hint of native PA confluence seen from the aortic injection. 3-5 Pulmonary vein wedge:Pulmonary vein wedge injections show a small native PA confluence which supplies both lungs. There is some competitive flow seen in the more distal branch PA vessels. 6-8 Selective MAPCA: There is a large AP collateral to the right lung. There may be proximal branches to the left from this trunk or these vessels to the left may arise close to the origin of the major MAPCA. Angiography Time Site 1230 AOA 1233 AOA 1237 RUPA 1238 RUPA 1239 LUPA 1249 RUPV 1251 RUPV 1253 Collater
