Default abnormal blood pressure reading code

Our NP wanted had a patient here that had a high blood pressure in one arm and a low blood pressure in the other arm. I was thinking that 796.4 would be the appropriate code but would appreciate any other input or correction!
Thank you!

796.4- elevated blood pressure reading without diagnosis of hypertension
796.3- nonspecific low blood pressure reading

since both are diagnosed I would code both
