Need Resources/Guidelines!!!!

I will be coding for ASC' and some I/P. Where are the best written guidelines for ASC urology, orthopaedics, pain mgmt, general surgery, plastic surgery? I found really good written guidelines from Optim for interventional radiology?

Please help!!
