Default Drug screens

how do I code/bill for an intrepretation of a urine drug screen? In the clinic, I code/bill for the collection, which is then sent out. We received a bill for the intrepretation. My COO says I need to bill for this. I can't find a CPT for this. Also, can I add administration costs to this....The bill is for $11. She said I need to up the price to cover for postage, statement, time, etc to bill the employer who sent the patient to us for the drug screen. Is this normally done? (my co-worker and I are both coders and we don't think this is correct)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
