Default L3 Artery

Would you code a L3 Catheter placement and arteriogram as 36245 and 75705?

The catherter enters the RT C femoral and then is placed in the aorta where DSA is performed and then placed in the L3 artery and an arteriogram was performed and then they embolized the L3 artery.
