Cool BX wants specific DX code for 81002 ?

My doc performed a screening UA which as billed out with diangosis code V81.6. BX is now stating that they want a specific diagnosis code for 81002. Does anyone know what code they are looking for? Please let me know so I will know hot to respond. Thank you.

It sounds like they are either looking for a S/S code that warranted a UA or possibly a specific disease for screening as V81.6 is simply "other and unspecified."
