250.80

Dx: Erectile dysfunction associated with type II diabetes

Physician coded this as 250.80. Do I code 607.84 or 257.2 together with the 250.80? Please advise.

I would only code 250.80 and 607.84. I don't quite see where 257.2 (testicular dysfunction) is coming from.
