Default help w/ dx coding

I need some help. I work in a dermatopathology lab and we had a specimen come in that received a gross exam (CPT 88300); however, it didn't survive processing. The diagnosis on the pathology report says "No Diagnosis, specimen did not survive processing". I have been trying to figure out what diagnosis code I would use with this 88300 please help.
