Question

soft tissue palat defect

Physician note states: Pt has a defect on the right side of his uvula. I was unable to place a Xenograft so I placed 8-10 sutures using #4-0 Vicryl. I am opting for the unlisted procedure, palate, uvula. Does anyone have any other ideas?
