need help coding for orthopedics

I'm trying to Code procedure:
1. C4 and C5 cervical corpectomies
2. Anterior cervical diskectomies at C3-C4 C4-C5 and C5-C6
3. Anterior cervical fibular strut allograft fusion, C3 to C6
4. Anterior cervical plating with medtronic titanium Atlantis plate

I came up with:
