Default Recognizing Psychiatric in EM

Can someone tell me if headaches are recognized under ROS for Psychiatric?

I would also classify headaches as neurological. If however, there is a connection to a psychiatric condition (anxiety, depression, etc), I would also classify it as such. I am assuming this is for systems in the ROS?
