How to bill Colo w/EMR Snare/Saline Lift Inject

Hell everyone,

I have a colo with a EMR (snare polyppectomy) with Saline Lift Injection Assit

and APC Conulator/ablition of polyp & resoution clip placement.

I have never billed this. Can anyone advise?
