Busy Orthopaedic practice looking for a Full-Time Medical Coding/Billing Manager in Auburn, WA. Primary responsibilities include: directing and supervising billing staff and services in accordance with regulatory standards; overseeing billing processes ensuring optimal productivity; and compiling and presenting information on reimbursement, deposits, and insurance contracts. Candidate will also assist practice administration in preparation of contract analysis and staff performance appraisals. Bachelor's Degree, experience with Centricity PM and CPC preferred. Minimum 4 years experience in Medical Coding and Billing as well as strong technology/MS Office/word required. Ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills.
