Cool Peroneal nerve mass knee

looking for CPT & ICD-9, surgeon went in to excise Peroneal nerve mass knee, but the mass 2.5cm x 1.3cm was within the nerve fibers of the common peroneal nerve and nerve bundle could be visualized running over the lateral, posterior and anterior. Mass appeared to be fluid-filled however no fluid could be aspirated. Due to the close proximity of the tumor to the nerve fibers, excision was deemed unwise due to the high potential for neurologic injury.

Thinking maybe ICD9 355.3
CPT 27337 mod 52 for reduced/discontinued procedure? Any ideas out there?
