Need Coding Help-Skin Graft Excison

My Doctor is excising an old skin graft on the leg due to pain and adherence to muscle. It is 7x17cm. After excising it he repaired defect with 20cm complex closure. Not sure if or how I should code for the excision of the skin graft. Thanks for any help in this matter.
