Default cpc exam

acute inferior wall myocardial infarction with unstable angina.Pt also has coronary artery disease and atrial fibrillation.
codes:
410.41;411.1;414.01;427.31(wrong)
410.41;414.01;427.31 (correct)

why unstable angina is not coded?

when doing poisoning drugs chapter how do U find what classification for eg Tylenol comes under if it is a antibiotic or what ?
