Hopefully Someone Can Help With These Hcpcs Codes. I Look Up These Codes On The Anthem Blue Cross Website There Allowed Amount For These Codes Is Pretty Healthy.

Is Anyone Using These And How Are They Applied.

E0720- Transcutaneous Electical Nerve Stimulation (tens) Device, Two Lead, Localized Stimulation

E0745- Neuromuscular Stimulator, Electronic Shock Unit.
