Relocating to Nathalie, Virginia

Hi,

I will be relocating to the Nathalie, Viriginia area due to my husband's employment and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the closest local chapter and maybe some sources to hunt for employment? I know very little about the immediate Nathalie area and was wondering about the closest local chapter. With what little I know about the area, it seems as if everything is either in Lynchburg or Martinsville or way out in the DC area. I have over 12 years medical office experience from receptionist to manager. I have been CPC certified for almost a year now and am working as auditor and Dept Coordinator where I am now.
