Default Flipped PowerPort

Post Op: FlippedPowerPort

Procdure: The old incision was infiltrated with 1% lidocaine. A #15 scalpel blade was used to make a small incision through the old scar. This was continued down to the port, which was carefully exposed. The port was noted to be "upside down." It was brought out to the skin and then parachuted to the pocket on either side using 3-0 Prolene sutures. It was noted to be in good position. The wound was irrigated and hemostasis was assured. The skin was reapproximated with 4-0 undyed Vicryl Subcuticular stitch.

36597 is under fluoroscopic guidance. Any suggestions? Thank You
