Can I use 46706 for this occlusion with glue
History: Persistent fistulous communication between pelvic collection and bowel, status post drainage of a pelvic collection Procedure: Patient was appropriately consented and placed supine on angiographic table. Contrast was injected into the inside the drainage catheter. Again, the study demonstrated small amount of collection in the pelvis communicating with the bowel. The in situ drainage catheter was replaced with a 7-French sheath over a stiff wire. Using a combination of a 4-French Bernstein catheter and a Glidewire access was gained into the bowel through the fistulous communication. Position of the catheter was confirmed by injection of contrast. 100 cc of Fibrin glue was then injected as the catheter was withdrawn through the fistulous channel under fluoroscopic guidance. The sheath was removed Conclusion: Occlusion of the fistulous communication between the pelvic collection and bowel with fibrin glue. Draining catheter was removed.

I see 76080/49424 for the initial injection through the existing tube. As for the glue, I'm leaning towards an unlisted code. 46706 is for an anal fistula, this sounds more like a pelvic/bowel fistula.
