Default renal artery angiography

"If two left renal arteries are imaged,is it enough to code 75722 or should we use 75722 & 75774"

The renals have to be "selected" to bill for the 75722 or 75724. if they were only imaged, you'll probably end up billing for an abdominal aortogram (75625)

If you "select" 2 left renal arteries, then 75722 and 75774 would be correct.
