Default Parkinsons

I know you should not code 294.8 & 332.0 together -- I would only code 332.0, since this is a form of dementia (294.8). But, when do you use 331.82 - Dementia with Parkinsons?

I have a dx of:

1. Advance Dementia
2 Advance Parkinsonism.

I used 331.82, but I am unsure. Any suggestions?

Are the disease prossess linked by documentation? Then yes 331.82, however you need to use either 294.11 or 294.10 with that code.
