Default Aortotomy
Hello,
Looking for help on this Dr. Performed a CABG, then an explore Aortotomy just inspected did no patches or any procedures. I can't find any code that comes close not sure if unlisted code would work for this. Has anyone come across this and found a CPT code.

Look at code 35761 - might "fit".
