Bn tympanic cyst

Hello all,

old tubes removed (69424) and then patched (69610) and then there was a tympanic cyst on the right which was completely excised.

Path came back "Bn squamous epithelium lined cyst".....706.2?
The only code I found was 69540? Any ideas?
