Default Physical therapy/Wound Care

Is anyone out there working for a Physical Therapy.

If so are you doing any wound care services? Looking to see if there's anything I should watch out for in regards to coding and billing.

Where thinking of bringing on a wound care specialist that is a R.N to provide these services. From my understanding she can bill these services incident to the P.T we have. One of my co-workers thinks we can bill a nurse visit with the service of

CPT 97597, 97598, 97605, 97606.

When the R.N educates the patient on how to care for there selves. But from what I've read it's include in these CPT codes above.

Just seeking any input.

Thank You
Daniel, CPC
