Default 99367: Does anyone know how to use this?

We have a physician that turned in a charge request for presenting a case at a Tumor Board meeting at one of the hospitals. Can we bill for this? 99367 is the closest that we can think of to use, but has anyone else had any experience billing this sort of thing? If so, what code and place of service did you use? Did you get paid for it? Thanks for the info.

Default Who is going to pay?

I don't know a single payer who would reimburse for this code. Does your physician intend to bill the patient?
