Default Need help with dx code

Hello all,

I am unsure how what primary diagnosis code to use for the inguinal lymph node biopsy.

Pathology came back as squamous cell CA of the inguinal lymph. When I look it up, it is a secondary diagnosis of 196.6. What should I use for the primary diagnosis? He has no other hx of CA. He was seen for the lymphadenopathy? SHould I use this as primary???

Thanks for the help.
