Default a one inch long poly metal clipped

I want to post again this question. Please help.
Colonoscopy: a ONE INCH Long polyp first metal clipped at the middle of the length and snared.
For snare 45385.
How about this metal clipp : how can I code. ????
FYI, there were no bleeding reported. I think it might be
hard to snared at the bottom of the polyp, so clipped at
middle and snared.
Thank you

I would only code the snare removal. I think this may have been incidental to remove the entire polyp.

I agree with just coding the snare.
