Default Circumcision problem?

When a baby boy has a routine circumcision at parents' request we use ICD-9 code V50.2. If the child experiences a "botched circumcison" and the need for additional corrective surgery is needed, what ICD-9 code would be used then?

What are the symptoms that bring them back? Adhesions?
